How do I choose the right size?


We provide a size guide on each of the product page, check the product you're interested in. It lists exact measurements to help you pick the best fit.
Do I need to create an account to order?


No - creating an account isn’t mandatory. Guests can place orders too. But with an account, you’ll get updates on restocks and more.
Can I return my order?


Yes! You can start a return by clicking the link below to access our return form:

  • Fill in the details - your order number, reason for return, and any additional notes.
  • Submit the form to send your request.

No return charges are applied for wrong or damaged items.
Can I exchange my Order?

We currently do not have a direct exchange policy. However, we’re committed to ensuring your satisfaction.

Instead, you can:

  • Return the item (as per our return policy)
  • Receive store credit once the return is approved
  • The issued credit can be applied toward a new purchase of your chosen item and size within a six-month validity period.

Do you charge for shipping?

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1,990 .A flat fee of rupees 50 will be charged on any orders below 1990/- .

Cash on delivery charges are rupees 150 for all orders.
What payment methods do you accept?


We accept prepaid payments including cards, net banking, and UPI. Cash on Delivery may not qualify for free shipping. please check the final payment page
How can I contact the customer service?

Can I try clothes in-store?


Currently, TwelveTwelveFits operates online only. we don’t have physical stores yet. That’s why we encourage using the size guide.
How long does a return take?


After receiving your return, we’ll conduct a quality check. Once approved, your store credit will be processed within our stated timeframe (typically 5–7 business days).
When will I receive my order?


Here’s a quick overview of our standard delivery timelines:-

  • Mumbai: 2 working days
  • Other metro cities: 3–5 working days
  • Other cities: 5–7 working days
  • Northern regions: 7–9 working days
